I really enjoyed my car buying experience at Nelson Mazda! The people were very friendly and very quick. They had everything ready for me when I got here so I did not have to waste a lot of time sitting around waiting. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and it was easy and painless! Great Experience here!

The service at Nelson Mazda is off the charts. My salesperson was very nice and not pushy at all.....I love my new Mazda 3 and would highly recommend Nelson Mazda.

Everyone at Nelson Mazda did a great job and made this the most hassle-free and pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. After building my car on MazdaUSA's website and finding an exact match at Nelson Mazda, I contacted them for a quote. Tom Penland quickly responded with a quote that was right on mark with all the research I had done. When I came in, I dealt with James Martin who went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly. Also, with the assistance of Larry Brice and Rick Demoss, they quickly had me on the way in my new car and I couldn't be happier! The people and service are great. Ricky Demoss is the one who sold my my car and I couldn't be happier!! They worked with us and did everything they could to get me in my brand new mazda3 2.5 and boy, am i a happy camper!!!!

"I came to this dealership looking for a Mazda 5 that I found on the internet. We walked into the dealership and had to ask for a sales person. It was wonderful not to be stalked by salespeople when pulling into the parking lot. Ryan, the salesperson who came to help, really knew the vehicle we were test driving. He showed us features about this car that really helped make the sale.
When I went into the finance department, the gentleman there made the experience so delightful. They kept the car payment in the range I wanted and I walked out of there feeling at peace.
All of the people I encountered there were very professional!
What a great place! I would highly recommend you check out this dealership.

Nelson Mazda is a wonderful dealership to work with. They are quick to take care of any problems, treat the customers with respect and are easy to work with. We had some issues a few years ago and Brandon helped us out when the Volvo dealership in town wouldn't. They have taken the hassle out of buying a car. Jeff Lewis was our salesman, and he also was the salesman who was able to help my in-laws with their purchase. We highly recommend Jeff and the other professionals. It is also nice to be recognized when you come in to the dealership.

I went in with expectations for a good experience and came out with a smile and the ability to sincerely recommend these folks and their business. I will be back for future purchases as I hope to do my part to support businesses that do the right thing by folks.
Mr. Jacobs is a pro and a pleasure to deal with. Cannot remember the last time I could say that coming out of a car dealership.
