I had a fantastic experience working with Mazda on Memorial in Tulsa. It was my first time there and it was a 5 star experience. I was able to sit down with Jody and Eamon and they both did awesome at showing me what was available in the preowned section of the car lot and also got me set up on the right track to getting what I needed car-wise for my lifestyle. I worked with Eamon and closed the sale with him and let me just say, he is FANTASTIC. He went above and beyond and took great care of me. Not only that, he is quite funny and so down to earth. He really made me feel at ease during my first car buying experience. Mazda itself is just a great company to choose in general as there are so many great perks just by choosing to buy from them. Please, if you are questioning if you should try out Mazda, please do! This place is awesome!

I dreaded having to go car shopping! Especially in this craziness with the market lately. I was feeling anxious and trepidicious about the whole process. I'd rather have teeth pulled! No joke. That was all dispelled with our experience with Nelson Mazda. They were simply wonderful! We had an appointment to sell our car. They immediately made us feel at ease by reassuring us there was no obligation to buy from them and they would cut us a check on the spot once they made their offer. They gave us a great price for our car. They actually had a car that fit our needs, that came in under our budget amount, so we ended up buying a car. The whole process was seamless! I had already been to 5 dealerships looking for a replacement vehicle and had 3 more to go on my list. The inventory in the car market is changing by the hour it seems and having test drove the Mazda CX-5, I had found my new car! I had a wonderful experience with Nelson Mazda Tulsa, largely due to the help I received from my Client Advisor, Bernard. I currently live in TN, but with the car market being so crazy, I chose to expand my search much further than TN. I was online and found out that the exact car I wanted was at this Tulsa location, so I used the online chat feature to connect with a sales rep. I connected with Bernard through chat that morning, talked to him over the phone that afternoon, and had a deposit secured on the car by the same night. Bernard was so efficient and GREAT at communicating with me/keeping me updated. This was the first car I've ever bought, and he made the process absolutely seamless, especially considering that we never even met in-person until the day I went to pick up my car. A few days after putting the deposit down, I flew in from TN to OK to pick up my car. I was really impressed by how well kept and up-to-date this dealership was as soon as I walked in. I was given a great overview of my car when I arrived, and everyone who I interacted with was very kind. I am SO glad that I chose to expand my car search to get exactly what I wanted instead of settling for another car closer to home. It was a joy getting to work with this team -- I highly recommend buying your next car here!

We bought a 06 Dodge Ram from here recently and can confidently say this is the best experience we’ve ever had at a dealership. Bought two cars here and was an excellent experience each time. We were in and out within an hour. They advertise service loaners but they are unavailable often which is disappointing. We just plan on waiting for our cars or having a ride set up. Free car washes for life at Launch is a great perk. Everyone is always very friendly.

I just want to start off by saying that Candice in finance deserves a huge raise. She has went above and beyond helping me. I was in a complicated situation and she did everything possible to help me. I honestly wanted to cry because these people took care of me like no other place has. I am from NWA area and I will ONLY do my car shopping here. The people here will take care of you like no other place will. I can honestly say this place has exceptional customer service. Please give Candice a raise she deserves every penny of it.

After a rough start, I give them full credit for listening to what happened and in the end, this dealership honored their first advertised price and sold me the car. Thanks to Hayley, Istvan and James for making this happen.

I can't say enough about Alex and Mate' at Nelson Mazda and the way they do business there. We live about 2 hours away and found a used Audi A6 there. Worked with them over the phone and text messages and they were incredibly responsive, upfront and friendly. The day before we were to pick the car up, they contacted me and said they had found an issue with the AC on the car and would have to delay delivery so they could fix the issue. This alone impressed me beyond expectations...most places would have probably just ignored the AC issue and delivered the car. Not only did they let us know about it and try to fix it, they ended up taking it to the local Audi dealership to finally get the repair done, which I'm again reasonably confident most other dealers would have ignored the issue or tried to gloss over it at this point. We took delivery of the vehicle and all went smoothly, quickly and enjoyable. About a week after we got the call, my son got a flat on it. When he went to put the spare on, we found that the spare had been shredded. The tread was literally separated from the rest of the tire for about 12 inches. The next day I texted them a pic of the spare and Mate' immediately responded and said he'd talk to his manager about making it right. Within less than 10 minutes he contacted me and said if I wanted to find a replacement, purchase it and sent them the receipt, they would reimburse me for the cost of the replacement spare. I was more than pleased with this solution! Again, on a used car purchase, most dealers would have washed their hands completely as soon as the vehicle is off their lot, but not Nelson Mazda! Incredibly pleasant experience! Everyone was the epitome of professionalism and they went way above and beyond on the AC issue and even further above and beyond on the spare tire! Thanks Alex and Mate' for a great buying experience! I'd recommend Nelson Mazda without any reservations whatsoever!
